What real TEAS questions look like
Most questions are multiple choice, but the ATI TEAS 7 uses five formats. It helps to have seen all of them before test day.

| Fill in the blank | Type the word or number yourself. There are no options. |

How to use a practice test
- Take it calmly first. Answer without a timer and notice which topics feel unsure.
- Read every explanation. Including the questions you got right by guessing. That is where most of the learning happens.
- Then add the clock. When your accuracy is good, practice each section with its real time limit.
Practice test questions and answers
Is this like the real ATI TEAS 7?
The questions are original, written to the same four sections and topics that ATI publishes, in the same style. They are not official ATI questions, and no practice test can promise the exact questions you will see.
Is this practice test timed?
No. The free questions are untimed, so you can focus on the explanations. On the real TEAS you have 209 minutes for 170 questions, about 60 to 90 seconds per question depending on the section.
How many practice tests should I take?
Start with one to find your weakest sections, study those first, then take at least one full-length timed test before test day. Review every explanation, including the questions you got right by guessing.
What score should I aim for?
There is no single passing score on the TEAS. Each nursing or allied health program sets its own minimum, and some also set minimums for individual sections, so check every program you apply to.
Can I retake the free questions?
Yes, as often as you like. Each time, read the explanations for the questions you missed before you look at the answer choices again.
